We are a leading manufacturer, exporter and supplier of Cast Iron Products including Friction Sheaves, Excel & Alternator Pulleys, Fly Wheel Housings, Oil Engine Parts and Cylinder Blocks. Our sister concern Techno Castings, is based at R.S.No. 346 Plot Nos.146-147, Udyambag, Belgaum. - Friction Sheaves in Gray Cast Iron. with GG 30 Grade (weighing from 100-300 kgs.)
- Excel & Alternator Pulleys GG 30 grade in Gray Cast Iron (weighing from 30-160 kgs.)
- Fly Wheel Housings in Gray Cast Iron with GG 32 grade (weighing from 30-70 kgs.)
- Oil Engine Parts such as Manifolds with 3, 4, 6 Cylinders, 2 Pipe
Cylinders, Air Inlet and Exhaust Manifolds, Water Manifolds, etc. with
GG 25 grade (ranging from 3-70 kgs.)
- Cylinder Blocks of 2, 3, 4 and 6 Cylinders in Gray Cast Iron with GG 25 grade (ranging from 30-200 kgs.).

Infrastructure
K.T.N. Metals operates through world-class manufacturing facilities at Belgaum on the Western Banks of Karnataka province in Southern India. The manufacturing facility has been characterized by its superior product slate. Some of the major technologies based units of our company are:
- 250 Kw Medium Frequency Furnace (500 kgs. capacity), two 500 kgs. Duroline Furnace with total melting capacities up to 1500 kgs. and one Cupola - 32" Inner diameter
- Two Semi Automatic Moulding machines, two 200 kgs. capacity Sand Mullers, two Pneumatic Moulding machines with 4 Strokes, a 500 kg. Sand Mixer, Core-Oven, etc.
- Swift Lifting Tackles (1000 kgs.), Hand Operated Crane (500 kgs.), Laddles, Pneumatic tools (10 Nos.) for the purpose of material handling and transportation
- Bench Grinders, 48" Swing Table Shot Blasting machine with dust collector, Pedestal Grinder 18" & 24" dia. double ended, Four heavy 48" Lathe machines, Milling Machine, Radial Drilling M/c, Hacksaw Cutting and Tool Grinders, etc.
The manufacturing facility is easily accessible by road, rail and air transport as it is just 500 kms. down south from city of Mumbai and 150 kms. north-east of Goa. We are empowered with a team of hardworking and highly devoted workforce.
